My family recently sold my Fathers house at Miranda through Vanessa White Real Estate. Vanessa was recommended to us and we had the usual concerns about the sale especially considering certain aspects of the location of the property which could have made the sale difficult and this brought its own set of anxieties for us. I could not have found a better Real Estate agent. Vanessa was such a lovely person and my Sister and I took an instant like to her friendly nature and her ability to put our anxieties at ease. The property bid was made very quickly and everything from there went extremely easy, well from our end anyway, I know that Vanessa put a lot of work into getting the best market value for our property. Not only are the team extremely professional and friendly but also very honest which in the real estate business can be rare. You can be sure that Vanessa will put your best interests and needs first before her own and her reward is you’re overall satisfaction on the sale or purchase of your property. Our property was eventually sold to a Developer who is building a Duplex and although we were upset to see the house demolished to make way for progress, we were extremely happy that we received our asking price so that we can be confident that we have the money to look after my father now that he has moved into aged care. Well we are finally starting to see some space around us, having moved so many boxes around (finally storing most of them in the garage) but for a while we muddled along. When we were ready to sell our place, the big question was which agent to use. We had a handful coming over and some came up with the strangest and most expensive ideas to sell our place, ranging from repainting the lot to major renovations, which had just been completed! All of this was done with a big fake smile and dollar signs in the eyes, a minimum charge of 2.2% plus costs. The last agent we called was Vanessa White, what a relief.
